Departure and Arrival Times: In order to maintain high standards of cleanliness we ask our guests to vacate their cottage by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure, and to arrive after 5.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. These times do not apply to specially arranged off-season breaks.

Bed Linen: All bed linen is provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival. Please bring your own towels, tea towels, beach blankets, etc.towels for use in the cottage only can be provided (i.e not for use around the pool or the beach) as follows: 1 large bath and 1 hand towel @ £1.50 per set. If required, it would be appreciated if you could please book these in advance of your stay and they will then be placed in your cottage ready for your arrival. Waterproof sheets are available in each cottage; please use these if you feel that this may be necessary, as soiled mattresses must be paid for. There is a cot and high chair in each cottage and a stair gate in Bwthyn Derw and Ty Mawr. Linen is not supplied for cots. For a holiday of more than one week clean bed linen will be provided and your cottage will be cleaned throughout.

Electricity: NO CHARGE is made for electricity used up to 100 units per week (50 units for part week booking). This we calculate to be enough for the average family per week. Any units above this are charged for at the prevailing standard rate.

Television and DVD Players:  All cottages have Free View Television and a DVD/CD Player

Telephone: A payphone is available for guests’ use.

Parking: There is ample parking area for cars.

Booking In Days:
Friday to Friday Cottages -  Ty Mawr, Ty Canol and Ty Twt

All cottages are fully heated for winter warmth with night storage heating and individual heaters in each of the rooms. Each cottage is fully equipped with its own dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven, automatic kettle, toaster, coffee maker and ample cutlery, crockery, utensils, glassware and saucepans etc. plus an iron and ironing board, hairdryers, even a full complement of patioware for poolside use and picnics in our grounds. There are pretty lawns and gardens around all the cottages, each having its’ own picnic bench for your convenience.

Visit Wales has introduced a voluntary scheme which highlights the quality for you. It is based on a grading system which runs from 1 to 5.

Quite simply, the higher the standard of accommodation, the greater the grade – a Grade 4 property will offer rather superior standards of quality, whilst at the other end of the spectrum a Grade 1 represents standard and reasonable levels of accommodation.

Trenewydd Farm Cottages have been graded "GRADE 4". In grading the accommodation, each property is visited by a Wales Tourist Board Inspector – quality is the keynote. The grading represents the Visit Wales assessment of the standard of interior furnishings, furniture, decoration and equipment. In addition, it makes allowances for the exterior condition of the property and its grounds under the personal supervision of resident owners Tony and Linda Price.
