COTTAGE B&B - WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM
We provide Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the cottages where you have the best of both worlds! The various cottages can accommodate 2 to 9 guests. (Discounts can be given for more than 4 guests). You can enjoy complete privacy by having the whole cottage to yourselves with access throughout the day together with having your own private lounge with digital television/DVD/CD Player and your own private bathroom with showers over the bath so giving you the choice of both. In the kitchen, you will have use of the fridge and tea/coffee making facilities complete with biscuits. You may come over to the Farmhouse (if available) for your breakfast or have it served in the privacy of your cottage.
Cots and high-chairs can be provided free of charge and each cottage has its own patio or lawn area with garden furniture. If you are celebrating a special occasion or just wish to arrange a special surprise then we are happy to arrange champagne, flowers, chocolates or even birthday balloons or a cake to be placed in the cottage before your arrival.
As a special treat, you may stay in our very special romantic cottage with a beautifully draped, King-sized, 4-poster bed and the cottage also has its very own, private flower garden with a sweet little summer house. There is also a bed settee in the large bedroom which is suitable for a young child.

FARMHOUSE B&B - WITH SHARED BATHROOM
We provide Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the Farmhouse in one double room, one twin bedded room or one family room for 4 (with one double bed and two single beds). All bedrooms have a digital television/DVD/CD Player and tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. The extremely spacious bathroom has a double shower cubicle and a separate large bath and a towel rail. The lounge again has digital television/DVD/CD Player. Breakfast will be served in the Farmhouse at staggered times to allow ease of use of the bathroom.
Cots and high-chairs can be provided free of charge and there is outdoor seating on the Farmhouse lawn. If you are celebrating a special occasion or just wish to arrange a special surprise then we are happy to arrange champagne, flowers, chocolates or even birthday balloons or a cake to be placed in the cottage before your arrival.
